Surrounded by the Natural Park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama and next to the La Viñuela reservoir, it offers impressive panoramic views of the lake and the nature that surrounds it.

It is located less than an hour from the capital of Malaga and only 30 minutes from the coast.

The property, with an approximate area of 24,000 m2 according to the deed, houses 14 detached villas. Each one has two bedrooms, a living-dining room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a porch.
